What we say...

The bag has been used off and on for about two years now. My initial thought was 'It's white!' And more to the point would the dreadful British weather cause havoc with what looks like a brilliant colour option? The bag felt a touch heavy too, compared to others I have used.
I love my electric trolley, but as soon as October comes I’m back on the TMX until the weather improves. The most important thing for me is comfort – I play a lot of medal rounds, so I want to be competitive right through until the final hole of the day. The TMX is exceptionally good in this area, and it’s very sturdy. The overall styling is very strong too, but I do have some reservations about the colour. The valuables pockets are an absolute godsend too –no more unnecessary scratches on my beloved iPhone! And there is enough space for everything.
It does seem to attract more dirt than a normal stand bag, but nothing too silly. But more importantly it was certainly heavier than lots of others, and because there was less stretch on the pockets, I couldn’t cram as much in there as normal. How has it performed during bad weather? Apart from the colour in heavy rain, I can report excellent performance in harsh weather. It’s not totally waterproof but it seems to keep the rain at bay better than some others I’ve tried. My grips never took a pummelling, for instance. I’ve exposed it to some pretty brutal conditions on various links courses and the stability is sensational. It’s very hard-wearing and is still in OK shape after two years.
The TaylorMade TMX Stand Bag has been constructed from 840 ballistic nylon and carbon fibre wet PU construction. For added carrying comfort and support it features a compression molded fused lycra hip pad. It includes 8 way top with full length dividers also, to allow for effective golf club organisation. It also features an intergated stand system with TaylorMade Icon along with 4 accessible, zippered pockets.
The bag is available in white/jet black/red only.
