What we say...
The colour and style of the Fernie jacket was refreshingly different without being outrageous or hideous – a style we feel should suit most golfers’ tastes. The Darras trousers had a more generous cut in the leg than some, which could lead to flapping in gusty conditions, or provide those with anything more than a slight frame a comfortable fit. Ventilation flaps in the rear of the jacket should keep air circulating around the body, and go some way to keeping you cool and fresh if you find yourself playing in humid showery weather. We love the lightweight fabric, which is quiet and comfortable, and the way both items fold down nicely to fit into the storage pouches supplied with each garment. The reason the suit didn’t score higher was that it lacked an easy access zipped fly on the trousers, and the jacket zip had begun to catch on, and fray, the fabric.
Waterproof, breathable, windproof, lightweight with an elasticated waistband, two-layer laminate.
