What we say...
The Callaway Big Bertha Diablo Fairway Wood’s unusual shape didn’t win widespread acclaim from our testers with the truncated rear looking a bit “odd” and “strange” according to our team. However, none of the testers were massively put off by the looks with pro Chris, George and Chris N all commenting on the forgiveness and the ease with which they got the ball in the air. Pro Chris thought the ball flight was a little high for him but the higher handicappers really liked this. Kit wasn’t that taken with it though.

A change for the better
I am relatively new to golf but in the short time I've been playing, just over 2 years, have managed to get to a 26 handicap. I always struggled with the 3 wood, Ping G10, and eventually gave up the struggle and bought the Callaway. For me it's great. I can easily get the ball off the ground and have greater control over direction. Using the club off the tee presents no problem either. All in all a better club for me. In spite of the Pro's comments I like the look of the club but don't really care what it looks like if it takes a couple of strokes of my score.
