Radically redesigned for 2006, this Wilson Staff game improvement iron is aimed at raw distance. If you can’t hit it with a head this big you’ve got some serious worries.

While our pro was not keen, we found them solid across the board. Their massive golf heads may dwarf the golf ball, but they’re ultimately forgiving and easy to use and would help most club golfers. Not as desirable as some, but they look okay and work well.

The Wilson Staff Di6's progressive and perimeter weighting moves the weight away from the face, creating a large, forgiving surface.

    I looked all over for a set of game improvement irons and am really over the moon with the advice I got from Ollie at American Golf in Addlestone. Really easy to hit from 4 iron to sand wedge, really consistant ball flight. Only thing I struggled with was the increase in distance. I'm getting there now though and my handicap is starting to come down. Just what the doctor ordered!!!!
