Cleveland CG Classic 3 Blade Putter Review

This putter certainly benefited from a traditional appearance, with Richard citing the appealing black look. That said, our 15 handicapper felt less confident over shorter putts. A good display on the longer putts shot the putter into the top 12.

The Cleveland CG Classic is inspired by the classics and crafted for performance. These classic collection putters feature a black platinum finish with a CNC-milled face for a soft, responsive feel.

All four models have heel-toe weighting which increases the moment of intertia for added forgiveness, while helping to limit unwanted twisting on off-center hits. All models are hand polished from 17-4 Stainless Steel and the black platinum PVD finish helps minimize glare, while providing a long lasting luster. Each putter comes with an oil-treated cloth to help prevent oxidation.
