What we say...

Technology
The Dunlop NZ9 #2 putter is made from stainless steel and features a double milled face, which promotes a solid roll. The putter has a mirror effect finish and the alignment markings allow easy line up of putts.

Tested
As reviewed in our 2014 Putters Test: Not sold on the protruding face, but it could help when putting from the fringe. The finish was in line with the price, performance was adequate. Liked how the top of the protruding face and line on the crown form a T-shape, but it feels a little dead off the face. Not overly hot off the face. Liked the large, spongy grip as standard. Not horrible to look at, it performed well on short putts, but a little inconsistent from long range.

As reviewed in our 2013 Putters Test: Similar feedback to the blade model: testers were impressed with the performance, but couldn’t get past the shiny front section of the crown. James liked the shape of the mid mallet, getting decent enough feel on well-struck putts. Joel and Dave really liked the neck design and both scored highly in the touch test. Ben felt the grip was too skinny, but the alignment aid really worked for him.
