What we say...

Nike’s next generation of their successful 2010 putters are the Method Core. The new range combines a soft polymer and milled steel grooves to generate faster and more consistent roll at impact. The insert, a new addition, dampens vibrations and produces a purer sound for enhanced feedback. The original Method was a big hit on Tour, with the likes of Stewart Cink and Lucas Glover claiming maiden Major wins in 2009 before they were officially launched to the public. The Core golf putters could do just as well.

2011 Review

Another good display from Nike, with George commenting that it was another quality putter that defined simplicity. Alex and Jon were also lethal with it, but Chris again
struggled to get to grips with it, and only holed one from the shorter distance which obviously brought the overall mark down considerably. Alex thought it sounded good and Jon also noted a slightly softer feel to some of the others on Test. If you like Nike products, it’s worth noting the price of the Core range as it’s £40 cheaper than the original Method.
