A proven visual alignment concept that works and a putter that would be good for anyone who is particularly keen on a firmer-feeling and crisper-sounding putter.

What we say...

Off the back of the successful 2-Ball craze, Odyssey have introduced a putter with a milled steel insert encased within the normal soft urethane face. The strike is much more coarse than any previous 2-Ball models and sounds different to anything else here on test. The clicky sound and firmer feel would be better suited to slower greens.

The overall design is not any different in shape from the original. We were a little puzzled by this offering. You can’t fault the proven design, but we just cannot see that the White steel is a huge improvement on its older brother. Odyssey is sticking to the ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it philiosophy.’ And who can blame them? We love the soft Winn grip and the satin sight-line on top is a welcome addition to the original.

A proven visual alignment concept that works and a putter that would be good for anyone who is particularly keen on a firmer-feeling and crisper-sounding putter.

Odyssey Putters User Reviews

  • 5 out of 5 top notch

    By ben46

Very easy to align and the steel insert feels great, i handed mine to a 14 year old that im helping into golf the other day on the practice green and he drained a 12 footer! probably beginners luck but if you line the balls up it is a simple and great putter that has turned my putting and confidence on the greens around. Ive holed some big putts this summer and very rarely 2 putt now. If i could sort my iron play i might get a good score ;)

Im not the worlds greatest putter to say the least so thought id try a few different putters i recently bought a taylormade rossa putter which i just didnt get on with so a friend of mine was selling his odyssey 2 ball steel so i swapped with him and a bit of cash my way, probably one of the best deals ive ever done a lot of people really rate the rossa putters but i havent found a putter that gives you as much feel and response to my 2 ball putter it has improved my putting immensly
