What we say...

The head of this putter is huge. And while that will put off many, the results in this test, especially over the longer distance, were sensational. Jon canned four of his five 25-footers. The quality feel in part comes from a lightweight nano-nickel insert. This gives the putter a firmer feel. And because of the size of the head, and the fact weight has been repositioned towards the perimeter of the head, the MOI is high which in turn classifies this as a truly forgiving flatstick.

Initially, even mallet-man Chris wasn’t convinced, but the putter was perfect for his straight stroke and he commented that this was a classic example of how putter technology has developed so much in a relatively short space of time. As you might expect, our pro didn’t like it. He got some good results, but found it too chunky behind the ball and this is what
ultimately cost it a higher place.
