What we say...
The new Rife Two Bar Hybrid Putter is a combination of their popular Island Series Barbados and original TwoBar putter. Although the design wasn’t one of our tester’s favourites, it performed impressively in all areas and also has adjustable lie angle and weighting.
This could easily have slipped into the mid-mallet category, but impressed in this one nevertheless. Chris N took to the feel of the Rife immediately and also rated the two bar design combined with the white alignment aid. The black finish had the lads purring.

Adjustable weighting allows the player to change to different weight configurations to match the speed of greens. The roll groove technology sees milled grooves grip the cover of the ball, lifting it out of its own depression reducing skipping and skidding.

I'm surprised Rife Putters aren't more well known. I guess it's just a case of them not being fashionable. I've got the previous putter with a silver head, not black. It really is great particularly at address with the straight line coming back from the head in the middle of the two bar line. This provides so much feedback it's great. I particularly like the lie aline set up where you can move the angle of the shaft to suit your preferred set up ie more upright looking right over the ball or further away with a less steep loft.
Just bought this putter from JJB Sports in their sale paid £30 for it, because it didn’t come with the CD, Which makes this putter my bargain of the year, but apart from that this is a quality putter and the adjustable weights lets me set the putter up for quick and slow greens. Thanks JJB Sports
