Powerful feel and lots of forgiveness.

Super S could be considered too big. Design on the crown won’t please traditionalists.

What we say...

2013 Hybrids Test

James felt the large head made the Super S looked more like a 7 or 9-wood and as a result, preferred the more compact LS. He also noted how only the centre of the leading edge sits on the ground. He liked the colour and felt the slot on top helped alignment. Testing the LS, James said the ball came off the face hot and was stable throughout. Off-centre hits went well with a mid-to-high flight.

Matt felt it was heavy, but the large clubhead on the Super S boosted his confidence. He felt the sole was too wide for the rough, but worked well from tight lies. Antony, who hit both versions, felt the Super S looked too large but, despite feeling a bit dull off the face, balls went high and far. He liked the LS at address and got a penetrating flight with ample distance.

The Super S and LS hybrid offer two different looks at address — rounded (S) and narrow (LS). Cut-through Velocity Slot Technology creates an ultra-hot face for increased ball speeds. These crown slots create a higher launch with increased spin for longer carry. Matt white crown with contrasting PVD face.
