The wide body of the Nike Slingshot places weight miles from the face, helping the golf club to hit consistent, high-soaring shots.

The wide body design may look like a fairway wood, but its shorter shaft brings added confidence over long irons and fairway woods, which is ideal for golfers looking for extra consistency.

The softer ball flight drops and stops on greens consistently, as it seems to have less forward momentum and power than some. We didn’t have any gripes with the golf club’s performance, but we really struggled to warm to its space-age cosmetics.

Many golfers will probably not go and hit the Nike Slingshot because the cosmetics put them off. Get past this and you’ll find this club is solid and workmanlike, without being exceptional.

Lower and deeper centre of gravity creates higher-launching, softer-landing shots.

    I bought the 26o to replace my 5 iron and have found it to be fantastic,out of the rough, the fairway and off the tee when accruacy is required

    I bought this because my long iron play was terrible, it is the best thing I have done, I use it off the tees on 195 yard holes and I hit the green 9 out of 10 times, off the fairway, out of the rough, it's a wonderful club. I would recomend it to everybody

    having used a rescue club for some time and fading consitently i was looking to change to perhaps a TM rescue dual, but ended up buying this in 23* after hitting consistently very long straight shots on the range and the course. Get over the looks and go with the performance. This club is great!!!! Now getting the 20* & 26*

    Quite simply the best money i've ever spent on any piece of golf gear. This club is the most forgiving, consistent and sweetest thing on the planet. It has saved so many rounds for me i think i want to marry it.....
