What we say...

Titleist’s first proper rescue club maintains all the classic, traditional looks for which the company is so well known. Strictly a club for the better golfer, who will appreciate the lack of offset, no alignment aid and easy-on-the eye cosmetics.

But this test is all about finding the best options for average golfers. The Titleist 585.H is a lower-launching, lower-spinning rescue; if that’s what suits your game, it is powerful without being quite as forgiving as some others.

Blends the best playing characteristics of fairway metals and long irons to provide greater versatility and shot making options from the tee, fairway or rough.

Titleist Rescue Clubs User Reviews

  • 4 out of 5 Powerful!

    By 59mart

That's the word that can best define it from my point of view. I've upgraded from a TM rescue, and though I reckon it´s not as forgiving, one can't blame the power and the possibility to work it left or right. Not the most forgiving, but by miles the most powerful weapon of this class I've put my hands on!
