What we say...

It only seems like yesterday that Tiger Woods holed an amazing chip shot on the 16th hole at Augusta, on his way to lifting The 2005 Masters trophy… with this wedge!

We were amazed at how much spin the wedge loaded the golf ball with. The head is a well-defined shape with a leading edge that sits square and tight to the deck (even though it has 13° of bounce) and looks great at address. This shape and the narrow sole allows shots, even when opening the face, to be pinched cleanly from any surface without the worry of a wide sole clattering into the golf ball’s equator giving you a thin.

After hitting a few golf balls we could really see the ball dancing back towards us as it hit the green’s surface and bit hard after one bounce.

This wedge could spin too much for tour pros, but for us – who delight in being able to make a ball suck back – the forged Nike TW wedge is a delight to play with. If there is a drawback with the Nike it has to be the lack of options and the high-chrome finish, which looks great, but gives off lots of glare.

The two-tone finish looks cool in the bag but, surprisingly, ours had already started to mark after our testing session. From bunkers the wedge is equally adept at cutting through the sand and we had no problem lifting the ball onto the green with the best of them.

Used by Tiger Woods, precision forged from carbon steel and has a milled face for more predictable shots.

Have both 56 and 60 they offer so many shot options from high soft landing flop shots to bump and runs. The weight of them are great as they encourage you to hit down on the ball. Amazing
