We put the Ping G700 Irons up against the Ping G400 Irons: Which should you choose?

Ping launched their G400 irons last year, and they was hugely popular thanks to great performance and excellent numbers produced from the club.

But now, Ping have launched their latest G700 iron, which they say is their highest launching, longest iron to date. The G700 has a hollow-bodied head so it has extreme perimeter weighting, you can think of it like a hybrid club and you’ve got a C300 face to flex so you can get more ball speed and they say it’s the longest iron they’ve ever produced. But how true is that claim?

We got TG Top 50 Coach and Test Professional Kevin Hale to put the two clubs head to head and analyse the results.
