Throughout October, the Algarve Promotion Bureau has teamed up with three popular airlines; Jet2.com (www.jet2.com/golf), Monarch (www.golfoffer.monarch.co.uk) and Thomson Airways (www.thomson.co.uk/flights) to offer free transportation of golf clubs for golfers when travelling to the Algarve.
This fantastic offer will be promoted in 250 golf clubs around the UK and 23 driving ranges in a bid to further attract golfers to book a holiday to play on the fantastic courses in the Algarve.
During this promotional period, avid golf enthusiasts can avoid paying golf carry charge with the partner airlines when travelling to Faro International Airport, making it even more cost effective to play in Portugal’s sunshine region.
Served by 22 UK regional airports, the Algarve is under three hours away and is a favourite for Britons looking to play overseas during the colder autumn months of the UK.
The Algarve provides some of the best golfing conditions in Europe, with mild temperatures, calm winds, championship standard golf courses and a variety of high standard accommodation that will satisfy every golfer’s needs.
