Free golf balls at top venue

Mannings Heath, one of the most popular golfing venues in the south-east, is once again running an imaginative “Open Fortnight” with a highly competitive green fee rate in October.

Between Monday 18th and Sunday 31st October, golfers can play the picturesque Kingfisher Course for just £18.50 for 18 holes, receive a free sleeve of Titleist balls to get your round started and discount vouchers for Clubhouse food or alternatively offers in the extensive Pro Shop.

This is the third successive year that the 36 hole venue situated in 500 acres of stunning parkland overlooking the Sussex Downs has rolled out the offer which has proved highly successful amongst golfers in the south east eager to get an Autumn bargain.

The Kingfisher Course is a modern superbly presented layout which opened in 1996 and the 19th hole offers a stunning clubhouse situated with an impressive Sports Bar which offers a comprehensive rustic farmhouse style menu.

In addition, a new dwelling is on offer which can accommodate up to eight golfers. Fullers is a quaint 19th century cottage situated next to the clubhouse with four double bedrooms, a cosy lounge with fireplace, TV and DVD, free WIFI, private garden, and full use of the clubhouse facilities including the AA Rosetted Goldings Restaurant, Spike Bar and steam room.

Visitors to the prestigious Mannings Heath GC near Horsham will also  benefit from a £250,000 investment programme in the Sussex venue this season. Forty six EZGO electric buggies have been introduced and a contemporary spike bar lounge recently opened with a newly refurbished terrace with wooden gazebo complementing the existing 17th century clubhouse.
