Windlesham GC teams up with Porsche Design

Surrey-based Windlesham GC has formed an affinity with Porsche Design which will see it being the first golf club in England to stock Porsche Design sportswear and accessories.
Committed to delivering the highest quality service to its existing 630 members, the club will be the only pro shop in the country to sell the high-end, bespoke brand of products from Porsche Design.
Porsche Design is one of the leading luxury brands in the high-end men’s accessories segment. It’s brand represents products that combine functional, timeless and puristic design with impressive technical innovations.
Porsche Design products are sold worldwide exclusively in Porsche Design stores, shop-in-shops, top-quality department stores and luxury retail outlets.
Peter Lumley, Managing Director at Windlesham GC explained, “The Club already boasts one of the most successful golf club retail businesses in the south east of England. That being said, we are forever striving to ensure that we’re offering our members the highest quality of products to match the level of experience that we provide on the course and in the clubhouse.

The news comes hot on the heels of the Club’s announcement in October that it had invested significantly in its property and grounds over the last two years as part of a 10-year plan defined for the course by world-renowned course architects, Hawtree, in addition to a new fleet of greenkeeping equipment, buggies and fairway irrigation.
