Fancy a Great day out at top Surrey track?

Surrey-based Windlesham Golf Club has announced its top value 2012 Guest Golf Day packages.

The summer 2012 (April – October) and winter packages (November 2012 – March 2013) offer groups of visitors the opportunity to enjoy the club’s par 72, 6,650-yard course, have access to the high quality clubhouse and conservatory and experience the fine-dining the club has to offer.

Peter Lumley, Managing Director at Windlesham, explained, “Unlike many other clubs, we recognise that every group of guests is very diverse – a business colleague and clients for example, have an entirely different set of needs and expectations from that of a family group.

“While we have various packages for our guests to choose from, we strongly believe that one size doesn’t fit all. From the first phone call, we work very closely with our clients to ensure that we’re creating a highly tailored experience. That might mean giving guests a chance to warm up on the range or offering a coaching clinic to get people back on track before play.

The Club can also organise accommodation and transport, find big name personalities to join the day, or deliver an entertaining after-dinner speech.

Windlesham’s bespoke guest golf day package is for a minimum of 12 golfers and starts from as little as £80 which includes: Meet and greet and welcome signage; Personal planner to help host your day; Registration facilities; Private function room; Buffet breakfast/lunch; A shot of Windlesham Golf Club sloe gin or Plum brandy; 18 holes from 1st tee; Halfway house after nine holes; Three course a la carte meal; Yardage charts and bespoke signage including Nearest the pin, and Longest drive markers

There is a range of options available in addition to the package that include a two tee start for over 50 golfers, shotgun for over 72 golfers, champagne breakfast or lunch, preferential buggy rates for advanced bookings, goody bags (drink, confectionary, sandwich, golf ball, tees, nibbles), hole locator cards, halfway house (open bar), reception drinks and selection of canapés and nibbles, scorecard management, a final Leaderboard, a locker for the day, personalised prizes and a prize table.

Windlesham is easily accessible just off the junction with the A30 and A322 and near the M3, junction 3. Located within 154 acres of Surrey countryside, the course was designed by PGA Tour veteran Tommy Horton.
