Keen golfers can sail over to Northern France with P&O Ferries to make the most of a great deal on top courses in the region.
The Pas-des-Calais area features some of the finest French golf courses along its 120 km Opal Coast.
A special “Golf Pass” deal offers the chance to play nine of the 18-hole courses located along the coastline between Dunkerque and Baie de Somme for just €250.
The pass is valid for 15 days and offers access to the historic Scottish links-style course at Wimereux, a choice of three courses to suit different abilities at Le Touquet and a spectacular course overlooking the Aa Valley in Saint Omer. The other courses are at Hardelot, Nampont-Saint-Martin, Belle Dune and Arras.
Standard return fares for a two-week trip on the Dover-Calais service with P&O Ferries start from £37 for a car and up to five passengers. There are no luggage limits so golfers can load up their clubs and invite a friend or two along at no extra charge for the ferry crossings.
