Chance to take part in Heathland Classic

It promises to be a sizzling summer for golfers competing in the Mercedes Benz South Yorkshire Heathland Classic being played in early June at three of England’s finest inland courses.

The Heathland Classic pairs event takes place over three days (betterball format) at Notts GC (Tues June 3rd), Sherwood Forest (June 4th) and The Lindrick (June 5th.

All three venues are consistently rated in the UK’s Top 100 Courses listings and in fact The Lindrick famously staged the 1957 Ryder Cup which resulted in a memorable victory for the home side, GB & Ireland winning the coveted silverware for the first time in 24 years.

With the leaders going out last on the final day, it promises to be a cracking competition and tussle for the prizes – daily prizes for the top five pairs will be up for grabs while the overall winners will receive an impressive trophy.

*Entry fee is £300 per pair and you can book online at www.lindrickgolfclub.co.uk/visitors_opens.php
