Marriott venue announces new membership packages

Popular 2-FORE!-1 venue Marriott Tudor Park (pictured) has launched two attractive new golf membership offers in time for the start of the 2014 season.
The new offers were launched in the aftermath of the popular 4-star golf and country club near Maidstone, Kent, being nominated for six awards by Europe’s leading golf-specific mystery service shopper.
Marriott Tudor Park’s parent company, Marriott Golf UK, also retained the Golf Group of the Year title in the annual Awards run by the 59Club, a unique benchmarking company which focuses on mystery shopper audits and member surveys within the golf, leisure and event industries.
Under the terms of the first offer golfers who purchase a 12 month membership at Marriott Tudor Park will pay for just ten months of golf and get the other two months golf absolutely free.
That represents a massive saving of £250 on the normal membership fee.
Alternatively, golfers who elect to join the club on a monthly basis will receive a selection of free gifts worth £350. These include Guest green fee passes, Discounted Buggy and P.G.A Golf lesson vouchers, Range Passes and either Food & Beverage or Spa Credit.
This pair of membership offers was launched after Tudor Park was put forward for six awards by Club59, who operate a bench-marking system used by around 150 venues in the UK and across Europe.
The Kent club was nominated as the Most Improved Golf Operation of the Year, the Golf Operation Team of the Year and the Golf Sales Team of Year. The resort’s Director of Golf, Fraser Liston, was nominated as the Golf General Manager of the Year and Billie Doherty, its Golf Events Coordinator, was placed in the top-three in the Leading Individual for Golf Sales Performance category.
