Callaway reckons its new hybrids have got the X-factor! The clubs call on much of the cutting-edge technology used in the X drivers and fairway woods and will complete the family.

The new hybrids use the X-shaped sole that makes the head more versatile and helps the cut through grass and turf for a cleaner impact The X-series hybrids use perimeter weighting, have a high MOI (the time the club is in contact with the ball) and extra forgiveness on off-centre hits.

They come in a choice of four lofts (18°, 21°, 24°, 27°), so you should be able to find tthe perfect club for your set. Expect to see them in good golf shops immediately. They will cost £119 (steel shafts) and  £129 (graphite).
