Ping’s top-of-the-range irons are to be replaced for 2009 season with these – the Ping Rapture V2 irons.
The new replacement Raptures have been positioned very much in the game improver category with enormous soles and top lines that make you feel like you just cannot miss with them.
And when our equipment team that certainly proved to be the case. They were certainly the most forgiving PING irons that we had ever hit and if you’re struggling with your game, these are certainly going to be a more-than-worthwhile addition to the bag.
And Ping agree, describing the Ping Rapture V2 irons as ‘Innovative Game improvement’ clubs that feature stronger loft angles for better distance and oversized heads for maximum forgiveness.
That’s not to say that the tungsten sole, titanium faced irons are ugly though as the striking green graphics and cool grip make them stand out from the crowd.
