Andres Romero signs for TaylorMade

Argentine sensation Andres Romero has penned a contract extension with manufacturing giants TaylorMade-adidas Golf.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed a stellar Rookie season, which included a maiden Tour victory at the Zurich Classic in New Orleans and is currently ranked in 32nd position in the official standings.
“TaylorMade-adidas Golf has been influential in what I have achieved to this point and I’m excited to continue my career with them,” Romero said. “When they come out with new equipment, I have no hesitation to put it in play because I know the level of sophistication behind its creation. I can’t wait for the 2009 season to get started.”
Romero will continue to play TaylorMade golf clubs, wear the TaylorMade logo on the front of his headwear, use a TaylorMade staff bag and wear adidas Golf footwear and apparel.
