We’ve already revealed super square drivers, Callaway’s interchangeable I-Mix driver and Ping’s plans for a whole interchangeable golf club range and now we can reveal news on a revolutionary new golf club grip..
2 Thumb golf grips has thrown the covers off the 2 Thumb Light – a new golf product created following feedback from golfers and pros that the original model was too heavy and affected the balance of the club head.
The golf grip is now available in an exciting new lightweight compound, and has taken a year of research and development by Eaton Golf Pride’s technicians to reduce overall weight from 180g in the standard model to just 147g in the lighter version.
Available for those golfers who prefer to have more feel through the putter head whilst enjoying the feel of a full size grip, the new grips are also available in a choice of bright and colourful options, instead of the plain black grip previously available. You can now also choose from Red, Orange, Green or Blue.
Leading tour players such as Colin Montgomerie, Miguel Angel Jimenez and Stuart Appleby have all successfully adopted the 2 Thumb putter grip in tournament play and we were really impressed with the looks and performance from the new grip. We can certainly recommend it for golfers who struggle to keep the wrists solid in their puting stroke and it does produce results.
