You may well have heard that MD Golf have snapped up Seve Ballesteros, but over in Munich we’ve had a good look at the new MD Golf Icon range he’s helped develop…and it’s good stuff!
The MD Golf Icon golf club range features an MD Golf Icon driver, fairway wood, hybrid, forged irons, wedges and putter and all of the equipment looks top.
Many of you will identify MD Golf with value equipment, and that has certainly been the case in the past. But with new MD Golf icon range, the quality has increased along with the price.
The normal MD driver, for instance, would have cost you 99 quid, while the icon one retails at 50 notes more. But it looks well worth it to us. Expect these new additions to really test the more traditional names in golf in the new year!
So what do we think is the most impressive bit of gear in the range…it’s close but we reckon the MD Golf Icon forged irons look the business. They look stunning and are cleanly designed, as well as looking impressive at address.
