Dyson wins KLM Open using Rife putter

Simon Dyson handed Rife Putters their first win of the year on the European Tour when he rolled his Rife Barbados to victory at the KLM Open on Sunday.

Dyson trailed by six shots going into the final round, but a course record 63 put him into a sudden death play off with Peter Lawrie and Peter Hedblom.

Dyson had already used his Rife to good effect to hole a 20 ft putt on the 10th and a 35 ft putt on the 17th so when faced with a 20 ft birdie putt on the first playoff hole he confidently stroked it into the cup to see off his challengers.

With this victory, Rife Putters has reached double digit victories for the second year in a row after 15 wins in 2008 on the PGA, LPGA, Champions and Nationwide Tours – all without paying a single player.

The secret to the company’s success lies in its various patented technologies including RollGrove, the LieAline Custom Fitting System and a 4-point adjustable weighting system all of which are seen in the new Two Bar Hybrid putter.
