Ping G15 Hybrid

Lots of manufacturers are making their hybrids to look more like fairway woods these days – but Ping have gone to a more traditional hybrid shape with their new Ping G15 hybrid.

In fact, it looks more like a traditional driving iron if we’re honest – which we quite like! If we want a fairway wood, we’ll buy one!

Ping say that the unique iron/hybrid design launches the ball extremely high BUT also keeps the spin nice and low so that distance isn’t compromised.

And, by utilizing a large toe pad along with more traditional iron-style weight distribution, the MOI has been increased by an incredible 49%!

This is a very impressive product and for all the lowdown be sure to buy issue 260 of TG on sale on August 13.

INFORMATION: The Ping G15 hybrid will be available from mid-August, priced at £120 (s) and £135 (g) and for more details please visit www.ping.com.
