New TaylorMade Rossa Monza Spider Balero launched!

The latest addition to TaylorMade Rossa Monza Spider range has arrived – in the form of the Balero!

This large mallet combines the forgiveness and feel of the TaylorMade Monza Spider with a uniquely-shaped head that makes it easier to aim the face of the club correctly due to the innovative “ball-in-cup” feature in the back of the head.

At address the image of the ball resting in front of the clubface works together with the white line on the crown and the round hole through the back to help simplify the act of starting the ball rollong on the line you’ve chosen.

The “ball-in-cup” feature at the back of the head provides a visual cue that makes it simple to line the clubface up properly…

As you’d expect from a large-headed wand, the Balero features a high MOI which leads to more canned putts, even when you don’t get it bang out of the centre. It also benefits from a soft polymer insert.

We will be taking a closer look at how the Balero works in issue 258 of Today’s Golfer Magazine, which is on sale June 18.
