FootJoy enjoy highly successful year in 2010

FootJoy has enjoyed another stellar 12 months on the European Tour, with an average of 63.5% of players at any event choosing to wear FootJoy shoes.

In addition to notching up 23 tournament victories, FootJoy also claimed a massive 61.7% of all top-10 finishes which was nearly four times more than its closest competitior.

Brand ambassador Lee Westwood ended the year as World Number One, while South African Louis Oosthuizen finished seven strokes clear of the field at the 150th Open Championship at St Andrews in July.

Italian starlet Matteo Manassero, yet another FJ man, won the Rookie of the Year after becoming the Tour’s youngest ever winner aged just 17 when he won the Castello Masters, while Ian Poulter triumphed at the WGC Accenture Matchplay.
