Nike’s new fairway woods designed for a higher trajectory

Nike has introduced their new VR Pro Fairway woods which have been engineered to provide golfers with a higher ball flight off the deck.

Nike has used feedback from their athletes to design the new woods, and the engineers have created a flatter sole and lower profile wood which makes it easier to get the ball into the air. This allows good players the confidence to fly the ball to the green on those lengthy par-5s, while also giving confidence to game-improvers too.

As well as Nike’s ST8-FIT Tour technology which allows you to adjust the club’s face angle an impressive 32 times, the new fairway woods also feature the improved Variable Compression Channel.

This increases the speed off the face at more points, and thus offering more forgiveness on off-centre strikes.

The new fairway woods will retail at £200 and will be available from the start of February.
