Video feature: Nike pros test VR Pro Combo irons

We brought you news of Nike’s new line-up of Victory Red irons – including the VR Pro Combos – a couple of issues ago and there was no hiding the fact that we were extremely impressed at the time.
The technology in the heads is designed to allow players who need a little bit more forgiveness in their longer irons enjoy a blade-like look and feel throughout the set, but particularly in their short scoring clubs.
But because we’ve already waxed lyrical about the new irons we thought we’d let someone else do it this time – and we came across this video of Nike’s Touring stars testing the VR Pro Combos for the first time.
Now, obviously these guys and girls get paid to use and say nice things about Nike equipment but it is clear from this video that they were mightily impressed with Nike’s new offerings.
