Callaway unleash new Diablo Edge Woods

Callaway Golf have released the latest addition to their 2010 equipment catalogue in the form of the Diablo Edge driver and fairway woods.

The driver has been engineered using a four-piece titanium construction with improved aerodynamics making it easier for golfers to generate faster swing speeds which translates to greater yardage off the tee. There is also a Tour version of the product which has been designed with the help of Callaway’s staff players like Alvaro Quiros, the new face of the Diablo Edge range.

As for the fairway woods, the new lower-profiled Diablo Edge offerings are considerably longer than the previous range from 2009, with Callaway reporting gains of up to 12 yards!

Finally, there are new hybrids too. They have been designed with a very thin crown and variable face thickness technology which helps to push the weight in the clubhead to wear it’s most needed – at the perimeter! This helps to increase the MOI therefore helping golfers to improve consistency.

INFORMATION: The drivers will retail at £249, the fairways at £169 and the hybrids at £139. As we have already mentioned, there is a Tour model available for the driver, and also in the fairways and hybrids.
