Benross unveil new Quad driver

This is the new Benross Quad driver for 2011 and it has been designed to do what we all want – hit longer, straighter drives.

Benross boffins have added weight to the four corners of the driver’s head – hence the name – which raises the MOI and makes the club more resistant to twisting at impact – an attribute that leads to a straighter ball flight.

As you would expect from a 460cc head, the centre of gravity has been pulled low and deep to add distance by creating a more rainbow-like, yard-eating flight.

The new Quad driver features the respected Aldila Voodoo Hi-Launch shaft as standard. Benross have worked with the shaft giants on this project and by using Voodoo’s S-Core technology the pair came up with this new higher-launching shaft.

This should make it easier for the game improver to get the ball off the ground and achieve more distance through greater carry.

The Benross Quad driver comes in either 10, 12 or MAX 14 degree lofts and will retail at £129.99.
