Best of 2011: Drivers

If we’re honest, the driver is the club we all get most excited about. There’s nothing better than standing on the tee and bombing one long and high down the middle of the fairway.

There’s no doubt 2011 has been a vintage year for new drivers with TaylorMade dominating the market with the new white-headed drivers the R11 and Burner Superfast 2.0.

But elsewhere we’ve seen Titleist introduce their first adjustable drivers in the form of the 910 D2 and D3, Callaway perform brilliantly in club tests with the Razr Hawk and Ping continue to produce no-nonsense big dogs with the K15 and G20.

But what drivers have been impressing our gear team Jonathan Greathead and David Connor this year and, more importantly, what ended up staying in the bag? Watch the video below to find out.
