Golden Goose makes a return

John Letters is rolling out some impressive gear in 2011 and they’ve now re-introduced the famous Golden Goose series of putters which were incredibly popular back in the 1950s and 1960s.

The series was first launched in 1946 but as you’d expect, the latest incarnations have been built with the latest technology in mind.

They will feature the new Roll It technology which helps to reduce skid at impact for a purer roll, while the soft 303 stainless steel offers a good level of feel too.

There are three head-shapes to choose from, including the trademark Golden Goose blade and, although prices are yet to be decided, expect to pay around the £60-mark.
