PING K15: 2011 Irons Review Video

Published:

PING have always produced excellent irons, and the K15 is yet another example of the manufacturer getting it spot on.

These chunky irons won’t win many prizes when it comes to workability, but for forgiveness and ease of use, they’re up there with anything else in the super game-improver category.

PING engineers used a titanium face and welded it to the body of the club, which results in faster ball speeds, improved weight distribution and more distance.

It’s also worth noting that the lofts of the irons have been strengthened, so naturally you would expect a little more distance with each club. But because the centre of gravity is low and deep, golfers can still expect an impressive high launch.

PING’s custom-fit process is legendary – watch what our equipment guys think about the product, and then if you still like the look of the irons, get yourself booked in to the Gainsborough HQ to experience the service.
