Sergio Garcia in the bag: Winning Castello Masters clubs

Sergio Garcia’s putting has long been his achilles heel in an otherwise perfect golfing package – but his TaylorMade Marinello Ghost putter (see right) behaved itself impeccably as he strolled to an 11-shot victory at the Castello Masters.

The Spaniard finished the week first in greens in regulation with 87.5 per cent of greens hit, which is not unheard of for someone of his ball-striking ability.

But he also finished first in putts per GIR and second in putts per round, with an average of 27.8 over the four days.

Here’s the full list of the clubs he had in his bag:

IRONS: TaylorMade Tour Preferred MB (3-PW)
WEDGES: TaylorMade xFT 50 degree, 58 degree
