Poulter designs USPGA putter cover

World no30 Ian Poulter has designed a limited edition putter cover ahead of the USPGA Championship at Kiawah Island to complete a set of four Major Championship covers in 2012.

Poulter, through his own clothing company IJP Design, created the putter covers to commemorate each of the Major Championships this year, starting with the Masters in April.

The Kiawah Island offering is dubbed ‘The Final Chapter’ and has been inspired by the natural beauty and picturesque scenery of the seaside course in South Carolina.

The limited edition cover, which is available in blade and mallet styles, will also come with its own protective lined tote bag, which can be used for spare golf balls, tees or other accessories. The covers are available for £39.95 from ijpdesign.com

Mark Truby, Managing Director of IJP Design said, “Our final putter cover brings us to the end of a hugely successful series. The putter cover collection has given us the opportunity to offer customers a new and unique edition to their golf bags, encompassing both IJP Design’s customary functionality and style.”
