Justin-Credible Rose wins with new TaylorMade RBZ fairway wood

TaylorMade staff player Justin Rose saw off the challenge of Bubba Watson and world number one Rory McIlroy to seal a fourth PGA Tour title at the WGC-Cadillac Championship in Florida.

The Englishman put TaylorMade’s exciting new RocketBallz fairway wood in the bag at Doral, as well as the brand’s new All-Terrain Versatility wedge.

Rose started three shots off the pace on the final day, but a closing round of 70 was enough to secure the victory, despite the best efforts of McIlroy who shot a five-under-par 67.

Watson had a chance to send the tournament into a play-off, but the American missed a 10-footer at the 72nd hole to hand Rose the title.

The former European Order of Merit winner also used TaylorMade’s new Penta TP5 golf ball, as well as an R11 driver and Tour Preferred MB irons.

Rose’s impressive putting helped him to a winning total of 16-under-par, and the 31-year-old opted to use TaylorMade’s Ghost putter on his way to victory.
