PUMA launches Usain Bolt-inspired golf shoe

PUMA Golf has launched its new FAAS Trac evoSPEED golf shoe, inspired by brand ambassador Usain Bolt, the world’s fastest man.
The new shoe, which will be worn by American Rickie Fowler at the forthcoming US Open, provides maximum flexibility and features ultra-lightweight materials that offer a level of waterproofing as well as breathability.
The outsole combines moulded S2Quill spikes with replaceable ones, giving golfers utlimate stability through all stages of the golf swing.
The spikes, which are situated within a stepped outer frame, also help to improve balance and optimise lateral stability which helps to generate power.
The FAAS Trac evoSPEED shoes form part of PUMA’s wider evoSPEED range that boasts new footwear in other sports such as running, football and cricket.
INFORMATION: The new shoes will be available from June 1.
