Jose Maria Olazabal was interviewed by respected sports business journalist Richard Gillis on behalf of Ernst and Young – partners of the 2012 and 2014 Ryder Cup teams – with a strong focus on José María’s learnings from the leadership of previous captains.

The European captain is a famously private person but they were fortunate enough to spend three hours with him in the relaxed environment of his home club in Santander, talking about himself, golf and the Ryder Cup.
