Ian Poulter to join Titleist and Footjoy for 2015

Ian Poulter has announced on Twitter that he will become a Titleist and Footjoy staff player for the 2015 season with the deal likely to commence at the start of the year.

Poulter tweeted last Wednesday that he would be leaving Cobra Puma after eight years with the company.

Poulter plays Titleist wedges and has played Titleist fairway woods and hybrids during his time with Cobra Puma. He has also used a Titleist Pro V1x ball for the majority of his career.

The image in his tweet would suggest that Poulter’s new deal involves 14 clubs, a staff bag, as well as FootJoy shoes. It looks like he’ll play a Titleist 915D2 or 915D3 driver, a 915F fairway wood and two 915H hybrids, as well as a combo iron set that includes Titleist CBs and MBs.

Poulter also revealed on Twitter that he will use an IJP bag, apparel and headwear for the remainder of 2014.
