New Ping Tour Eye Waterproofs

Ping have recently taken the design and manufacture of the their Apparel and Waterproofs “back in house” in order to align the values of its golf clothing with their award winning hardware.  

The new Tour Eye Jacket and Trousers are the first waterproofs to benefit from this “in house” philosophy. And Ping have searched down proven out door fabrics and partnered with a leader in the field to create this new super lightweight, stretchable, exceptionally breathable and of course waterproof garment.

So what’s new about the jacket? Well it’s a 3 layer construction which means theres no annoying mesh liner to get finger nails or watches caught in and tear. The fabric is highly waterproof (to 20,000 mm) to match the performance of market leading jackets. Yet it’s extremely breathable and very durable, to resist wear in key areas like where you carry your bag. There’s also additional chest vents to increase breathability, a 3 year waterproof guarantee and we love the soft cuffs.

Tour Pro’s can be incredibly demanding. But Ping have taken direct instruction from world number 13 Louis Oosthuizen through out the design process. Which has meant they’ve created a waterproof suit that’s capable of keeping the best players in the world dry and comfortable on the course.

Expect to see the new Tour Eye Jackets and Trouser’s in good golf stores immediately with an RRP of £200 per Jacket and £150 per pair of trousers.
