Believe it or not golf boots are a popular addition to a golfers winter kit, especially if your serious about beating the elements. So popular have boots become Nike have decided to enter the market with a new Lunar Bandon 3.
Part of Nike’s design inspiration came after watching how drastically conditions changed at The Open Championship at St Andrews in July. They wanted to create a boot that was versatile, comfortable but capable of dealing with every condition the elements could throw at it. Nike’s solution was to create a boot that can be unzipped when the sun comes out, but is guaranteed to keep you dry whilst also being highly breathable.
Expect all the usual lightweight cushioning features plus a high traction sole, padded ankle protection, Nike’s flywire internal support system and an all new hidden camo print inner which is unveiled when the boots unzipped.
If you want to get your game booted for winter the Lunar Bandon 3’s are £120 a pair and are available now from nike.com.
