ERC Soft is Callaway’s longest-ever soft-feel golf ball

New high energy core helps make Callaway’s 2021 ERC Soft golf ball the brand’s longest soft golf ball.

The 2021 Callaway ERC Soft golf ball builds on the game-changing original. Launched in 2019 was the first to feature Triple Track alignment lines, now on the Chrome Soft, and we rated it as the best ball for amateurs in our robot balls test.

This new model sees the three-piece ERC keeps those brilliant lines, along with a soft feel, but a new “High Energy Core” is designed to increase ball speed from tee to green.

There’s also a new ‘hybrid’ cover, made with a durable PARALOID Impact Modifier from Dow, which promotes high launch and low spin (the recipe for distance) with the long clubs, along with great feel.

A High Speed Mantle works with the core and cover to create more efficient energy transfer between the layers for more ball speed, and provides more wedge spin around the green to aid short-game control.

The new Callaway ERC Soft golf ball is available in white and yellow.

The ERC Soft is available in white or yellow, will cost £36.99 per dozen and be available from March 18.
