We’re into the last few weeks of the Most Improved Golfer 2009 competition and there’s some great golf being played down the stretch.

Four of you have made a late charge with impressive performances this week…

» Ceri Bradshaw shot a sub 80 round that saw a 3.6 drop from 17.9 to 14.3, having started May with a handicap of 20.

» Joe Yardley began June on 20.3 but he’s now down to 16.8 with a sub 80 round at Pedham Place GC.

» Nathan Hall stepped up from his regular SSS 63 course to play the SSS 70 Boysnope and shot under 90 to drop from 24.8 to 22.

» Simon Head shot 90 at Botley Park GC on August 11 and dropped 2.4 to 21.3.
