Well despite your username their is not a lot of chaos in your swing, I lke it very much and I’m sure you are a very competent player and ball striker.

I feel two or three very small adjustments may improve your technique even more.I like your take away drill, I personally recommend a similar one where hold the club in your left hand as normal, feed your right hand under your left arm with fingers pointing straight out and sit the back of the right hand against the back of your left. This provides a more accurate and stable feel.

During your backswing your clubface creeps a little shut and arms a touch ‘under plane’ and then shift up slightly in the transition.I would aim to feel the arms work more ‘back’ straighter but add a touch of forearm rotation 3/4s back to open the face and set the club more on plane.

Through impact, your right heel gets a little high, a sure sign of a little too much leg slide/drive. Aim to feel you turn the hip/legs in a rotary fashion with the heel motion being a little quiter. This promotes more connection and the body turn and pivot carrying the club through more consistently. Best of luck, hope the ideas make sense.
