Gary set to hit 50 in style

Amateur golfing legend Gary Wolstenholme MBE will celebrate his 50th birthday at Morecambe Golf Club on Saturday 21st August.
The former two-time British Amateur Champion will be joined by family and close friends including many from the world of golf.
Celebrations will begin with a golf tournament taking place in the morning and continuing into the afternoon, which will be followed by a drinks reception and dinner in the evening.
Wolstenholme has been playing on the Europro Tour this year and won his first event at Stoke By Nayland earlier this month finishing four shots ahead of the field.
Wolstenholme will be eligible to play on the European Senior Tour once he turns 50 and is already set to play in the Travis Perkins Senior’s Tour event at Woburn Golf Club on the 3rd-5th September.
